The animation films years 5 and 6 made last year in connection with Lets Go Global are going to be screened in Manchester on the following dates: Exchange Square - Saturday and Sunday 13/14th October, 12.00-13.00 and Cathedral Gardens Thursday 11th (11.00-12.00) Friday 12th (10.00 - 12.00 & 18.00 -19.00) Saturday 13th (10.00-11.00 & 17.00-18.00) and Sunday 14th October (9.00 - 10.00 & 17.00-18.00). If you know children that were involved in this project but have now left, please can you pass this information on.
The Book Fair was extremely successful this week and thanks to the support of parents buying books we have earned £500 worth of books for the classrooms. Happy Reading!
We have just sent out Annual Consent forms for parents and carers to complete and return to school. These save you from having to sign individual forms for each trip. Please return these to school as soon as possible.
Come and join in the fun at Chorlton Park's Family Learning Weekend this Saturday with a variety of activities taking place between 10am and 3pm. Throughout the day there will be story telling sessions and art activities based around books aimed especially at dads of nursery, reception and Year 1 children. (Mums can come along too!)
10-11am Fitness Factory and Spanish / 11 -12am Balalaika and bulb planting / 12-1pm ICT drop in / 1-2pm Art Attack / 2-3pm Dance workshop.
Family Choir Sunday 7th October. This is open to anyone who enjoys singing aged 4-94! We will be singing songs from around the world. We meet in the Gym on alternate Sundays 3.15 - 4.15pm
There will be another toe tapping disco in November. Tickets will be on sale after half-term
